Automated outbound vendor sourcing. When no stock is found, identifies qualified vendors via the Vendor Suggestion Model and creates outbound RFQs. Can send automatically or pause for approval based on your configuration.

Take a photo of the packing list. The agent reads it with OCR, identifies the matching PO, RMA, repair order, or other inbound document, and creates the receiving record with all lines populated. Your team validates the physical parts instead of doing data entry.
